Jaime Schwarz is a versatile professional with a background in psychology, advertising, strategy, and Web3. Initially pursuing clinical psychology at Colgate University, where he double-majored in Philosophy and Psychology, he pivoted to advertising, drawn to its power to change minds.
Jaime spent 15 years in advertising, earning Cannes, Clio, and Webby awards while working with over 100 clients. He co-founded ventures like the eco-denim brand I’m Not A Virgin and developed tools for digital transformation. A breast cancer hackathon inspired him to embrace lean startups, founding Pro4Bono, an agency focused on high-impact, low-cost marketing.
He later entered Web3, advising blockchain startups and filing patents for an interoperable metaverse. Jaime also mentors through DEI and veterans’ programs, teaches at Miami Ad School, and serves as an adjunct lecturer at City College NY. His “Brand Therapy” approach helps clients align their brands with business goals, bringing his diverse expertise to every challenge.
