Black Bean Salsa

Ingredients:
- One 15oz can black beans, drained
- One 8oz can sweet corn, drained
- 1 bunch fresh cilantro, finely chopped, large stems removed
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 T fresh lime juice
- 1 t balsamic vinegar
- 12 cherry or grape tomatoes, chopped
- 1 ripe hass avocado, chopped
- 2 T red onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 t cumin
- 1 T honey
- 1 T hot sauce
- tortilla chips

Directions: Mix well and chill. Can be made a day ahead. Serve with your favorite sturdy tortilla chips for dipping.
